As part of our commitment to professionals who have such an interest in joining our company, we have summarized the stages of our Recruitment process that is being consistently followed by our Recruitment team so that they are aware of the overall picture after applying for one of our job opportunities and for them to understand what to expect next in the process.
Stage 1: Sourcing for Qualified Candidates
We start the Recruitment process by sourcing for qualified candidates using all of our sourcing channels (e.g. job posts, headhunting, employee referral, job fairs, etc.). We usually allow a period of around 30 days to receive applications, depending on the urgency of the vacancy.
Stage 2: Screening Job Applications
- During this stage, we review all received applications and filter out the ones that do not meet with the minimum requirements of the vacant position.
- We will also contact some of the promising profiles to clarify on their qualifications/experiences and ensure their fulfillment of the job requirements.
- We will also share the promising profiles with the Department Head of the position to ensure technical assessment and shortlisting of competent candidates.
- Any contacted applicant whose application is no longer considered will be sent an Apology Email and his application will be saved in the database for future opportunities.
Stage 3: Interviewing Candidates
We start interviewing shortlisted candidates during this stage. Candidates may go through a number of interviews depending on the seniority of the position and assessment levels required. Once all interviews are completed, we combine all assessments of interviewers and develop a summary report for reference purposes.
Stage 4: Selecting Best-fit Candidate
The Department Head will then select the Best-fit Candidate based on the assessments during interviews. The selected candidate will then be contacted by the Recruitment team to discuss the Job Offer for the position. If there is no agreement reached with the candidate, then the process will move forward with the second Best-fit Candidate. Once an agreement is reached with a candidate, then an Apology Email will be sent to all other candidates and their profiles will be added to the database for future opportunities.
Stage 5: On-Boarding
After the candidate accepts employment, our Recruitment team will be in continuous follow up with the candidate for further support and coordination up to their joining date. This could involve requesting further documents from candidates, conducting reference/background checks, coordinating issuance of work visa/permits, relocation support, and managing travel arrangements for candidates joining from outside Jordan.
